QazCloud is an IT Shared service center of National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, a state owned enterprise that generates more than 30% of Kazakhstani GDP.

QazCloud was preparing for merger with SKBS IT SSC. As a result of merger Company's staff number should have been increased from 150 to 250 employees. In order to do not increase HR team and QazCloud has decided to apply hyperautomation tools. Company was looking for RPA that would meet requirements in regard to easiness to use as well as pricing model.

Once RPA was implemented QazCloud managed to improve HR team efficiency by reducing time for HR requests processing on average to 20 minutes. Hiring new HR managers was no longer needed.

Following processes were automated by using Python RPA:

  • Business trips processing
  • Vacation requests processing (annual leave, leave without pay, child care, with payment of maternity assistance, maternity leave)
  • Request for hiring new employees processing
  • Employment contracts termination requests processing
  • Requests for Assignment of duties (temporary replacement) processing
  • Requests for training and development of employees processing
  • Registration of employment contracts on Labour Agency website
  • Timesheets processing
