Before: An accountant at a telecom service provider spent up to 1.5 hours a day creating purchase orders in the ERP system. The orders were formed based on electronic contracts with the supplier.
Now: RPA Bot checks the purchase dates for all active contracts on a daily basis and generates the corresponding purchase orders in the ERP system.
