Before: The HR manager of a computer club chain spent one hour a day searching for salespeople and admins on multiple headhunting websites. Once suitable candidates were found, their CVs were collected in a folder for further interviews.
Now: An RPA bot searches for candidates on headhunting websites according to a list of keywords compiled for each position. The bot selects resumes that match the keywords, saves them to a folder on a network drive, and sends an email notification to the HR manager.
