Before: The HR manager and IT administrator of a marketing agency spent one hour several times a week creating and processing requests for laptops, granting access to email and information systems, and providing badges for new employees. Most of the time, new employees could start working three days after their first working day.
Now: An RPA bot automatically checks for new employees in the HR system and sends requests to the IT department for office equipment, user access, laptops, and badges. The bot then creates emails, user accounts in necessary systems, and sends notifications to the new employee’s email. As a result, new employees are now able to start working the day after signing their employment contract.
