Reconciliation with suppliers

Before: Project manager of a production company several times a month generated reconciliation acts with suppliers. To do this, the manager sent a request to the Accounting department, and then the accountant downloaded acts of reconciliation from the ERP system. After that, the accountant eliminated doubled turnover in the reconciliation act, and sent it to the manager by email. For each of the 1,000 contracts, employees of the company spent about 10 to 15 minutes of their time.
Now: RPA Bot receives e-mail requests from the project manager and within 2 to 3 minutes sends a response with a generated reconciliation act.
