Before: Every day, the HR manager at a manufacturing company registered employment contracts on the e-government website after signing them with new employees, in accordance with the requirements of the law. The HR manager also had to update the e-government website with any changes to employee status, such as dismissals or transfers to different positions. All changes to employment contracts had to be updated on the e-government portal within three days, or the company could face a fine.
Now: An RPA bot automatically checks for changes in employee status in the HR system. In the case of changes (hiring, firing, job changes), the bot copies information from the employee profile in the HR system and registers a new employment contract or terminates the old one on the e-government website. The bot sends the results of its work to the HR manager by email by the end of the business day.
