Before: A marketing employee of a beverages distribution company manually collected information from the Google Ads Dashboard about each of 10 advertising campaigns, including: geography of ads, average cost per click, maximum cost per click, etc. The employee spent about 1.5 hours on the task. This monitoring process was implemented to control the efficiency of marketing agency spending. There had been several instances in the past when advertising campaigns were intended for one city, but were instead configured for the whole country in the Google Ads Dashboard by the marketing agency.
Now: RPA Bot collects information about advertising campaigns daily and uploads it to the Business Intelligence (BI) system for monitoring and control purposes.
